Made from carbon steel The handle and helper handle, made from bamboo, remain cool when cooking Allows 4-6 servings Suitable for modern hobs, including induction Dexam has teamed up with the charismatic Jeremy Pang from Covent Garden's School of Wok cookery school to create a wonderful collection of woks, accessories and kitchen textiles to enable enthusiasts to practice the art of Chinese cooking with excellence from the very start. This pre-seasoned wok is made from carbon steel which is quick to heat up and can be used at very high heat - giving your dishes a caramelised flavour. Also suitable for making curries, stews and deep frying.
We are proud to share that this wok was a finalist in both the 'Excellence in Cookware' and 'The Innovation Award' at the 2022 Excellence in Housewares Awards.
