Authentic Asian cooking at home has never been easier thanks to our 10.5"/27cm School of Wok pre-seasoned wok. The handle, made from bamboo, remains cool when cooking. No need to season at home, the hard part is done for you!
Just get straight to cooking delicious meals with this pre-protected wok. Made from carbon steel Allows 1-2 servings Suitable for modern hobs, including induction Dexam has teamed up with the charismatic Jeremy Pang from Covent Garden's School of Wok cookery school to create a wonderful collection of woks, accessories and kitchen textiles to enable enthusiasts to practise the art of Chinese cooking with excellence from the very start. This pre-seasoned wok is made from carbon steel which is quick to heat up and can be used at very high heat - giving your dishes a caramelised flavour.
Also suitable for making curries, stews and deep frying. We are proud to share that this wok was a finalist in both the 'Excellence in Cookware' and 'The Innovation Award' at the 2022 Excellence in Housewares Awards.
