Compatible with any tripod, 1/4" standard common thread and includes the adapter for 3/8" Larger pro Tripods. Includes Hot Shoe Spiggot [Ex-Pro Camera Flash Hot Shoe Mount Adapter (also adapts the 3/8" on ballhead to 1/4" for direct mounting on stands if required)], converts a hot shoe mount into a ball head mount, allows easy attachement to any standard light stand (Ex-Pro, Konig, Camlink and all other major brands).

Supports 7mm umbrella (most major brands inc Ex-Pro) - allows you to more easily position your flash gun and includes a hot shoe adapter. Also pretty flexible for use, we even mounted a camera on the light stand in one instance where a tripod was not available and the reverse, we turned a large tripod into a light stand mounted an umbrella and flashgun! Maximum recommended load capacity 2.1Kg.
