Big Hitter Blue 17G Reel Tennis String

Tourna Big Hitter Blue 17 provides more feel and greater spin than the 16 gauge version, with slightly less durability. Now available in a new striking blue color. This string is a great option for the baseliner seeking durability with some additional pop without breaking the bank on each restring.

One of the few strings to use aluminum fibers, the poly-poly ether composition of this string allows for surprising resiliency for extra power. Placing the primary concern on control, Big Hitter provides ample spin generation to allow baseliners to swing freely and still control the ball. The German engineered string also rated highly for its resistance to string movement as the strings move back into their original place quickly after impact.

It is recommended to string Big Hitter between 5 and 10% lower than normal tension due to the stiffness as well as the above average tension maintenance.
