It occurs for a number of reasons, including age and environmental factors such as air conditioning. Artelac Nighttime gel is a highly viscous formulation providing three layers of film stability for overnight comfort, all of which provide lasting hydration to combat dry eyes. It contains: Trigylceride lipids – seal in moisture Carbomer gel – prolongs adhesion to the surface of the eye Sterile water – compensates for water loss.
